How often should I wash my house?

Great question! If you prefer to keep your house looking fresh all year long then once a year is a good choice. Our area takes a lot of abuse from harsh weather, salt air, storms and oh that sand! Other factors are where you live, how much sun your property gets and proper drainage throughout the property. We have both annual clients and those that chose every two or three years to wash again.

The time to power wash or soft wash a house can vary on many factors including the type of siding, the size of the house, how many decks and the water flow of the property. On average, our typical 2 story house wash project takes between 3-4 hours. 

We always make sure to take the best possible care of your plants and property. We go above and beyond to ensure the proper protection of your plants. Our detergents, when used properly, will not cause any damage to your property. 

Power washing in most cases will improve the value of your home. We often clean homes for people who plan on selling or have just purchased their house. By power washing your home, you improve the curb appeal and value. It creates a much better first impression for potential buyers. Green algae and dirt build up is a sign that the house may not have been properly cared for and could have other hidden problems.

You do not need to be home in order for us to perform the power washing service. Although we enjoy meeting our clients and want you to be able to look around the property for final inspection, we understand many of our clients are not full-time residents. Communication is key, you'll be informed of our arrival as well as completion the job. We'll send you picture's of your freshly cleaned home too! You'll feel like you were right there with us.

If it is raining the day of service we will still plan on doing the wash as normal. We wash in rain, wind and sun! Typically, if its downpouring or lightning, we may delay for a few hours. However, occasionally we do need to reschedule washing until our next available day.

Yes! We specialize in removing the "green stuff" from your siding. That green stuff is a form of algae growing on your siding. Our cleaning process not only removes organic growth but also kills it right on spot, providing a longer lasting clean. Much safer and efficient then traditional power washing.

When we clean a house it includes much more than just the siding. We wash Top to Bottom - gutters, downspouts, facia, soffits, siding, trim, windows / screens, the siding right down to foundation. We also provide Gutter Cleanouts as an additional service - clearing dirt, sand, pine needles and the like from your gutters along with flushing the gutter spouts.

Yes! We include the exterior window cleaning with our building wash, using a detergent mixture which is meant to make the windows look clean and clear. Soft Wash is safe for your screens as well. We do not use a brush or squeegee for residential properties. We are not currently cleaning interior residential windows.

Yes! We are equipped to properly and safely reach three story buildings safely from the ground. Occasionally, we may ask for interior access to clean your decks on the third floor or higher to properly rinse away detergents used.
